Common questions

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Open your bookingsand cancel from there. If you booked as a guest without an account, phone the shop directly — their number is on their page.

Does it cost anything?

No. Save My Seet is free for clients and free for shops. We take no commission and never handle your money — you pay the shop directly, in store, exactly as you would normally.

Can I get a refund?

No money ever passes through Save My Seet, so there is nothing for us to refund. If you’ve paid a shop and want your money back, that’s between you and the shop, under their own policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Cancelling a booking here costs you nothing, because nothing was charged. If anyone asks you to pay Save My Seet, or to pay a deposit through this website, it isn’t legitimate — please tell us. See our Terms of Service for the full position.

I’m a shop owner. How do I get listed?

Start at Get listed, or message us and we’ll set your shop up for you. There’s no contract and you can remove your shop at any time.

A booking didn’t arrive, or I got no confirmation email

Check your spam folder first. If it still isn’t there, email us with the shop name and the time you booked and we’ll confirm it directly with the shop.

Report a review or abusive content

Reviews on Save My Seet are written by clients. If you see a review that is abusive, offensive, false, or spam, use the Report link on the review itself, or email us at motorosakhile@gmail.com.

We review every report and remove anything that breaks our Terms of Service, usually within 24 hours. Shop owners can report reviews left on their own page the same way.

Your account and your data

You can permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time from Delete your account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
